Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate your request, as the order may have already entered the processing stage. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging. Refunds are not issued for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse.
If an item is returned without approval from our team, without a valid reason, or outside the 30-day return window, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, please email us at (Store Email) within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the item back. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the order number and shipping name inside the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. Once approved, refunds may take up to 40 business days to be processed from the confirmation date. If you do not receive your refund after it has been confirmed, please contact your financial institution.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, where the product remains intact, is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing (Store Email) and including clear photos of the damage. Eligibility for a replacement will be determined after review. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. For delivery-related issues, customers should contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping information to ensure consistency with payment processor records. We actively monitor transactions and may request additional information to verify an order. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
